60 day challenge with diet (intermittent fasting), exercise and sleep!

P90XBandsWednesday was back and biceps. Had to do the workout from home, and YES it can be done with some bands and a pull-up bar.

I am using the Beachbody P90X Bands and Bar… The following was my workout… (PS) I mention using a Red Band in the set and it’s actually NOT on the set in the picture here. I got that and the door attachment on a separate kit I had from the 10 minute trainer videos…

PullUps
10 / 7 / 4 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3

Green Band Lawnmowers
10 reps x 3 sets

High Knees
4 sets 40sec work / 20sec rest
