Workout 3 (60 Days)

60 day challenge with diet (intermittent fasting), exercise and sleep!

Friday was chest and triceps day… Posted a picture earlier how I got killed by push-up bars and a jump rope!

Diet wasn’t good on Friday for IF as I forgot and ate something I shouldn’t have after 8pm while I was at the video shooting!

Exercise wasn’t great either on Friday. Maybe it was the time I did it, late afternoon… Or that I am sore from earlier workout

Push-ups
15/14/8/6/5 = 48 Total

Jump Rope
30 sec
5 sets total

(As a cycle with 40sec for push-up and 30sec for jumping rope.)
