Still exercising and going strong! Decided on the intermittent fasting as a yes from Sunday to Monday… I will stop eating at 7pm on Sunday evening and then eat again at 7pm or later on Monday evening. I’ve decided to do this both for health reasons and to give me time to also pray and thank God for the many blessings in my life!

Saturday was a no cardio (walk / jog / run) for me but I did some sets of pull-ups and push-ups…

3 sets of pull-ups: 7 / 7 / 7 (standard grip)
3 sets of push-ups: 15 / 15 / 21 (Reebok push-up bars)
